To make a clear, analytical documentary about LEON using the ideas of Founder's Mentality.
After the success of our last Founder's Mentality video - about Jaipur Rugs - we started afresh with LEON, a healthy fast food brand with aspirations to take over its industry. Our challenge, this time, was to capture a company on the verge of making it big: LEON is fast-expanding, with great ambition, and our job was to make sure we did justice to that. Luckily, LEON is a perfect case-in-point of a company which knows how to stick to its founding principals. We spent weeks visiting its restaurants, eating a lot of food, and interviewing everyone we could find. What we were able to capture was a company where everyone is focused around a strong central mission. So making the video was all about conveying that central mission as clearly as possible: what if god made fast food?
